Informed Stats - Tracked ERLU Score
ERLU is our internally developed scoring metric that considers a diverse array of game factors. While akin to AFL Fantasy and SuperCoach scores, our method incorporates additional game aspects in an attempt to more accurately measure player performance.
Every round players are allocated an ERLU score for the game, which is then inputted into our internally developed formula to generate a ‘Tracked ERLU’ score, providing a robust indication of their current career stage strength.
To simplify, this Tracked ERLU score is how strongly we consider players at the CURRENT stage of their career, based on their performance up to today.
Informed Stats - ERLU Votes
ERLU Votes is our version of the Brownlow. Every game, the top 10 players for the game receive between 10 and 1 votes, depending on their ranking (i.e. the top player receives 10 votes, 2nd place 9 votes, 3rd place 8 votes, etc).
While the Tracked ERLU above represents how good a player is at the current time, the ERLU Votes system represents how much of an impact the players have had for the 2024 season (similar to the Brownlow).
